Location Data
The Organic Captain app collects precise location, including in the background, while You are on an active shift or delivering an order.
What We collect
When You use the Organic Captain Application as a Delivery Partner, We collect Your precise (GPS) location while the Application is open and in use, and in the background, even when the Application is closed or not in use, while You are on an active shift or delivering an order. Location is not collected when You are offline or off-shift.
Why We collect it
- Assign nearby orders to You.
- Enable real-time order tracking for customers.
- Provide navigation to pickup and drop-off locations.
- Verify that deliveries were completed at the correct location.
- Prevent fraud and keep deliveries safe.
Who We share it with
Your name and live location are shared with the customer only while You are delivering their order. We also use mapping providers such as Google Maps to provide navigation and route services. We do not sell Your Location Data and We do not use it for advertising.
Your controls
You can turn off location access at any time in Your device settings, or by going off-shift in the Application. Without location access, the Application cannot assign orders to You. To request deletion of Your Location Data, email info@organicparivar.com.
How We Use Your Data
- Provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring its usage.
- Manage Your Account.
- Operate deliveries: use Delivery Partner location to assign orders, show live tracking to customers and enable navigation.
- Perform a contract, including fulfilment of purchases and delivery agreements.
- Contact You by email, phone, SMS or push notification about updates, security notices or service communications.
- Manage Your requests to Us.
- Support business transfers such as mergers or asset sales.
- Improve the Service through analysis of usage trends.
Retention & Transfer
We retain Your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period.
Location Data is retained only as long as necessary for delivery operations, dispute resolution and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Deleting Your Data
You have the right to delete, or ask Us to help delete, the Personal Data We have collected, including Location Data.
